Return Policy:

  1. We Accept return and exchange, If you wish to return any part of your order you can do so within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel.
  2. If your item is incorrect or faulty please contact within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel in order to obtain either a refund or a replacement. Please do not post any faulty or incorrect items back to us before you have been advised by our customer care team.

Refund Policy:

  1. We sincere hope you can like our goods and enjoy our service, but we also understand maybe you will change your mind;
  2. If you return, and want to refund not exchange, please contact us and return the good to the address we provide,
  3. once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned, meanwhile we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment);
  4. If the product didn't start ship, you have 1 day to refund, usually to speak, our product will start ship within 1-2 days. once the product start ship, we are so sorry we cannot accept a refund, unless the goods return;
  5. If the product haven't obvious quality problems, we suggest you apply for replacement instead of refund, we will do our best to provide you with the products and services you want;


What to do when return by post:

  1. Before returning any goods to BestVase, please complete the returns form that you can find on the delivery note that came with your order, and include it with the items being sent back:
    • Remember to indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund. Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card originally used.
    • Select the reason for the exchange or return.
    • If exchanging an item indicate clearly what product you would prefer instead
    • We always welcome feedback; so feel free to let us know your thoughts.
  1. Some of vase products, we are so sorry we can not promise customer it will delivery with any damage, it maybe made by ceramic, so if it's broken, pls provide the broken product pic, we will arrange resent free.
  1. To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely.
  2. We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition.
  3. We can only accept refunds or exchanges within 45 days of delivery.
  4. The cost of returning goods to BestVase is the responsibility of the customer.
